Delivery Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email address. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us at hello@giftboxgallery.co.nz.
Due to the nature of our gift boxes, all parcels are sent with a Signature Required service. A parcel must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or over at the delivery address.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a card or notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection, subject to the courier's policies.
As some of our gift boxes contain alcohol, the courier is legally required to ensure the recipient is 18 years of age or older. The courier may request valid photo identification before releasing the parcel. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, the courier may refuse delivery and arrange for the parcel to be returned or redelivered.
Parcels containing alcohol will not be delivered to anyone under the age of 18.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

While we will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, courier delivery times are indicative only. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by location, adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, incomplete or incorrect addresses, courier issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that we operate exclusively as an online business and do not offer customer pick-ups. Our liquor licence does not permit collection of orders.
